About Me

Heather Elaine Rafferty graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film and Media Studies. Since then, she has performed in stand-up, voice over, film and theatre.

Heather has just finished filming The Mascot, directed by Mark Sidener and written by Keegan Cole. The Mascot plans for local release and festival distribution by the end of May. The film has already been awarded Best Comedy at the Tensies Film Festival.

Since early May, she's been filming an episode for the Withered World: An End of the World web series, directed by Chris Bylsma. Check out the series at www.witheredworld.tv

Currently, Heather is attending an Adult On-Camera workshop through Wright/Laird Casting.

Additionally, she continues to hone her acting through improvisation and Meisner techniques with Andy Garrison at the Actor Training Studio in Kansas City. She has also taken an interest in musical theater and is attending voice lessons with Richard Walker in Lawrence.

Heather is also a seasoned equestrian and has experience in both western and english riding styles.
